REGIONAL REASSESSMENT PROPOSAL: The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM. Members of the Warren, Clarke and Page County Boards of Supervisors were also in attendance, as were the Commissioners of the Revenue of Warren, Page, Clarke and Rappahannock Counties, and the County Administrators of Warren and Rappahannock.

The purpose of the meeting was to hear a presentation from staff of the Warren County Commissioner of the Revenue concerning a proposal to form a coalition of counties to procure joint reassessment services. A copy of the presentation is in the working papers of the Board.

It was reported that the same presentation had been made to the Shenandoah County Board of Supervisors that morning at 10:00 AM. Members of the several Boards asked questions, it being eventually agreed that each Board should determine if it is interested in participating, appoint members to a steering committee and communicate their decision within the coming weeks to the other participants.

The meeting recessed at 8:25 PM and is continued until the special meeting scheduled for June 24, 2008 at 6:00 PM.
