These two little Jersey cows,were owned by Mirram Harris of Jordan River Farm. Harris owned an organis farm near Flint Hill,Virginia,...notice how they still have their horns.All the Jersey cows I saw at Louiville ( North American International Livestock Expo) were de-horned.

Years ago the horns were trained to grow toward the center like these.
